However, if you are not satisfiied with your product, we will try our best to offer you an exchange, providing that;
- Item/s are returned within 30 days
- Proof of purchase is provided
- Item/s are in an un-used condition, in original undamaged packaging.
Please note: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
WARNING: Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Avoid exposure to drafts and direct sunlight. Never burn candles on or near anything flammable. Always place on a stable, level and heat resistant surface. Handle with care as container and wax may become hot. Keep the wick trimmed to 5mm before or after each use to prevent the flame from becoming overly big and smoking. Refer to product care for more information.
